What Is Your Parent Portal?
We use an online database called Jackrabbit Dance to track all dance fees and payments. The parent portal is where you can login to your dance account and see what your dance fees are, what payments you have made, make a payment, register for workshops, contact us and more!
Payment Policy
All Dancers registering must have an active credit card on file through our Jackrabbit Portal.
Payment of your monthly tuition (or fees) does not have to be made by credit card. It is a convenience should you have to charge something to it while taking dance lessons at Extravadance Dance Studios. IF you are paying by cash or cheque, and if your payment be delayed past the 7th of the month, the payment will be charged to the credit card on file. This will eliminate the need for paying late fees.
You will be contacted by email in regards to payment and once payment is received your registration process will be complete
Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of $25 per child is due at time of registration
Costume Fees
There will be a costume fee of $50 per class costume due on November 1, 2019.
You can expect a MINIMUM $30 balance owing in March/April per costume including tax, exchange, shipping and duty charges.
With our non-competitive classes we do our best to keep costs affordable and to a minimum.

Cheque Payment Options
All cheques must be submitted at time of registration for the duration of the year. The 4 payment options are:
One lump payment dated September 1st
Two installments dated September 1st & January 1st
Three installments dated September 1st, December 1st & March 1st
Nine installments dated the 1st of every month ( September to May)***Any Accounts not up to date within 30 days will be charged a 5% Late Fee on any outstanding amounts.***
***Deposit are only made on the first business day of the month***
***There will be a $25 fee on all NSF Cheques***Credit Card Payment Options
Extravadance Studios accepts Visa and Mastercard monthly payments. Payment Dates (when the class fee will be processed) on the same basis as listed above for cheques.

Cash or E-Transfer Options
Cash or E-transfer Payments can be made by making payment arrangements with our manager prior to your first payment. Please contact our Admin before the 1st of the month mailto: extravadancestudio@hotmail.com
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Classes should be attended regularly as every class missed will put the student behind the others. Missed Classes Do Not Warrant A Refund
Please call, text, or email if you know that your child will be absent from his/her dance class. Students who continue to miss class often fall behind on class work and choreography.
For Your Childs Benefit – please make every possible effort to have your child attend scheduled weekly classes for their benefit.
REFUND POLICY
If a decision is made to terminate classes during the year, all remaining post-dated cheques will be returned upon written notification. The deadline for costume deposit refunds is October 31st – NO refunds on costume deposits after November 1st. Tuition will be refunded from the 1st of the next month.
PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS
The instructor must be notified immediately about any injury or limitations you child might have. This is extremely important to ensure safe training at the studio.
We Stay In Touch … But We Need Your Help
We send out monthly newsletters via email every month. This is the most efficient way for us to communicate with you about what is happening in the studio. This is also how class updates and class cancellations are sent out. It is very important that you provide use with Your Best Email Address To Stay In Touch With You
